The Planet Gymnast Customer Service team are dedicated to providing customer service excellence. We greatly value your custom and whether processing your orders or answering a product enquiry, we assure you of our commitment to customer satisfaction. The Planet Gymnast Contact Centre is set up to offer a range of communication methods to suit you. Whether by Email, Telephone of Letter, all our Planet Gymnast advisors have extensive knowlege of our product range to help you make the right choice.
By Email:
As a web based company, most of our customer correspondence is via Email. Responses to your enquries will be made during our opening hours of Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 5pm, where in the majority of cases, response times are within a few hours.
Please Note: Our Contact Centre will be closed for the Easter holidays from Friday 22nd April to 10am on Tuesday 26th April. Any emails received during this time will be responded to on our return.
We will also be closed on Friday 29th April for the Royal Wedding

You can call in and see us at our dancewear showroom. Through our sister company, Planet Dance, we offer a 'Collect In Store' option to all Planet Gymnast customers. Our opening times are Tuesday - Saturday, 10am to 5pm. You can find directions to our showroom via our Planet Dance website.
